Baked figs with goats cheese and walnuts


  • 6 Fresh figs
  • 6 tsp Soft goats cheese
  • 6 Walnuts (roughly chopped)
  • Drizzle Honey/Maple syrup
  • Sprinkle Sea salt
  • Sprinkle Cracked pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 180deg.

  2. Using a sharp knife, slice a 'criss cross' into the top of each fig. Line baking tray with non stick paper and place your figs closely together. 

    Make sure you use a tray/dish with sides as these figs can be juicy!

  3. Insert 1 tsp goats cheese into each fig, and top them with all remaining ingredients

  4. Bake for approximately 10mins, until they are looking nice and juicy! 

  5. Eat hot or cold. Simply divine!

  6. You can substitute any nuts/soft cheese to make this recipe your own.
