The perfect alternative to your Sunday morning toast - cook these up and have with your favourite accompaniments!
Grate, finely chop or 'food processor' your cauliflower.
Add to a non-stick frying pan and cook, constantly stirring for about 5 minutes. Remove from pan, add to a large bowl. Let cool a little before adding all other ingredients and mix well.
Heat some oil in a clean frying pan. Add dollops of mixture and shape as your heart desires! Cook on a low heat for 3-5mins per side - flip carefully!
