Bliss balls - two ways!

Snacks can be so easy with a little preparation. Keep these balls frozen for a grab and go snack option!

Course Breakfast, Dessert, Snack

Ingredients

  • 140 g Nuts I used 40g walnuts, 40g pecans, 60g macadamia
  • 60 g Dessicated coconut
  • 6 Ptted medijool dates
  • 2 tbsp Raw, organic honey
  • 1/2-1 tsp Sea salt
  • 3 tbsp Additional lavour of choice *See note below
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • Sesame seeds/coconut For rolling

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high powered food processor or similar, except lemon juice, rolling coconut & rolling sesame seeds

  2. Remove half of the mixture from food processor.

  3. Add lemon to mixture remaining in processor and combine.

  4. Use your hands to roll the lemon balls, coat them with sesame seeds and place straight into a freezable container.

  5. Repeat process with the second batch, rolling them in coconut!

  6. These are a great, quick and easy snack. You can substitute flavours and make up your own. They are ready to eat after only a few short minutes out of the freezer!

*I chose to add 'Lunar Latte' from Nutra Organics - it's deliciously full of thing slike purple carrot, chamomile, lavender buds & much more. 

My friend who gave me this idea used a tumeric blend!
