Partners well with homemade mayo!
Pre-heat oven to 200deg celcius.
Slice your veg anyway you choose - keeping in mind, the thicker your chips, the longer they will take to cook. Place on a baking tray, lined with baking paper (this makes clean up oh so easy!)
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Bake for approximately 20mins, turning once for optimal flavour!
