Preheat oven to 180deg. Line a baking tray with non-stick paper.
Mix all ingredients well.
Place 'dough' onto tray, and using damp fingers, press out to form your base. I like to create a more random 'authentic' shape, but feel free to make yours a perfect circle or square! The damp fingers will help keep the dough from sticking.
Bake in oven for 15 mins. Carefully flip and bake for a further 5 mins.
Add your toppings and ENJOY!
Being relatively new on the lectin/grain free trail (a few months), there are some things I just crave, and pizza is one of them! This base is delicious!

This base is vegan and GF - the toppings are entirely up to you!
