Almond Meal Pizza Base

You can top this bad boy with 

whatever toppings you like

Cook Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Almond Meal
  • 1/4 Cup LSA Linseed; Sunflower; Almond mix
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 tsp Tumeric
  • 1 tsp Dill Flakes
  • Pinch Salt & Pepper
  • 3 Eggs if you use massive eggs, you may need to add a teeny bit more almond meal. Play this part by feel.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to HOT! About 200deg.

    Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

    Combine eggs and oil in a seperate bowl and whisk.

    Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well to form a dough - will be slightly sticky.

    Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Place your ball of dough on the tray and flatten with your fingers. Place another piece of baking paper on top and roll it out using a rolling pin into your desired shape (if you don't have a rolling pin, use a big vase or glass, anything round, or use your hands)!

    Mine are usually of the abstract kind.

    Just the way i like them.

    Place in the oven and bake for approximately 20mins. Your base will start to turn golden…

    Remove from oven, top with your favourite pizza toppings, rebake to heat thru and melt your cheese if that’s on your list!

Capsicum sliced

Olives

Goats cheese or bocconcini

Salt and pepper

 

You could also add smoked salmon, ham, roast chicken… anything!
