Here is a fabulous example of what to do with our ‘Pulled Jackfruit’!

– BUILD YOUR OWN BUDDHA BOWL –

You can see here:

  • Cooked quinoa
  • Lettuce
  • Jackfruit
  • Avocado
  • Red cabbage
  • Carrots
  • Spring onions
  • Cauliflower
  • Fresh herbs

To make this easy – prep your containers of food once a week. Get all of that chopping out of the way so when you’re hangry, you can just grab & eat!! I usually drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the top – but if you have other favourite dressings, knock yourself out.
